Midnight Sun Release!

Shannon and I both loved Twilight. She definitely loved it more than I did. Regardless, both of us are so excited for the new release, and will both be reading it. I was 100% team Jacob, and she was 100% team Edward.

There is a little back story to this book. Stephanie Meyer intended to release this book much sooner, but one of her trusted readers leaked her manuscript. Understandably this upset her, and she decided not to release the book for the foreseeable future. Stephanie Meyer now intends to release Midnight Sun August 4, 2020.

I think the cover of this book is gorgeous. The pomegranate instead of an apple gives off darker vibes as it reminds me of Persephone and Hades. If that's the inspiration for the cover I would be thrilled. I loved the original four books, but giving them a darker tone is really intriguing!
