Disclaimer: I received a free copy of this book via NetGalley and Random House Children's in exchange for an honest review.

Genre: Young Adult/Romance

Rating: 4.5/5 stars

Synopsis:

Snow falling outside her window? Check. Her best friends in ugly Christmas sweaters? Double-check. Stockings by the fireplace hung with care? Check, check, check. But what Bailey really wants this year is for someone to cuddle on a toboggan and kiss under the mistletoe...will her Christmas wish come true?

Sarah's Review:

This book is the perfect cheesy (in the best way) holiday rom com. Wendy Loggia did an amazing job writing this.

Bailey is an amazing lead. I think she is really relatable. I love that she works in a book store, and loves to read. I think that makes her really appealing to people that will read the book. Her passion for Christmas is absolutely adorable, and I love seeing a character that is not ashamed of who they are. We saw an extremely healthy relationship between Bailey and her family members. This is always refreshing to me when reading Young Adult. The only thing that really bothered me about Bailey is that she is extremely judgmental. And twice she was dragging down other girls. I like to think this isn't Bailey and the author was maybe trying to create unnecessary conflict. However, it was uncomfortable to read the parts when the girls were unnecessarily mean. Especially when it had no purpose for the story.

Overall this book is really good, and while I kind of saw where the ending was going I still really loved it!
